Vacuum Furnace:
- Tool and stainless steels up to 2300 degrees F
- We can accomodate any quantity
- Single part size limit in house is 30″ x 30″ x 52″
- Custom racking and special handling capable
Batch Furnaces:
- Various steels and alloys from 250 to 1500 degrees F
- Maximum single part length in house is 13′ 6″ x 30″ x30″
- Rectangular single part size in house size to 63″ x 24″ x 20″ and 54″ x 40″ x 54″
- Adaptable racks and baskets to accomodate any shape and size up to limits
Cryogenic (Liquid Nitrogen) Deep Freeze:
- Maximum single part size in house 30″ deep x 54″ wide x 30″ high
Hardness Testing:
- Rockwell Regular
- Rockwell Superficial
- Brinell
Ultrasonic Testing:
- On-Site Testing
Custom Shipping Crate Fabrication:
